Owner & Licensed Professional Counselor
Crystal Parish, LPC
(she/her)
Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of PA Center for Change. With more than 15 years of experience, she works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating significant life changes, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Her approach helps clients move through fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt while building the skills needed to create meaningful change. Crystal specializes in trauma and substance use disorders and is certified in Structural Family Therapy. She is also trained in EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Erin Nowakowski

Our billing and insurance operations are managed by Erin, from Alpha Billing Solutions. She oversees claim filing, insurance verification, payment tracking, patient billing, and all billing-related questions to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Maggie Nowakowski

Maggie works alongside Erin to manage our insurance billing, claim follow-up, and patient account questions. She also coordinates the new-patient intake process, assists with appointment scheduling, and helps ensure a smooth transition for individuals beginning services.

Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor who works primarily with adults, individuals, and couples. Whether you are struggling with a mental health issue, substance abuse or you want to improve your interpersonal relationships, Rebecca can support you through this journey. Rebecca believes that everyone can make positive changes in their lives and therapy can be a safe, supportive environment.

Amber Rhodes, LPC

Amber is a Licensed Professional Counselor at PA Center for Change. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, including individuals experiencing substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, trauma, and PTSD. Amber uses an individualized, trauma-informed approach and believes a strong therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for meaningful change. As a fully trained EMDR therapist, she helps clients feel safe, supported, and confident as they develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

Codie Piotrowski, LPC

Codie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with five years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults in school, residential, hospital, and outpatient settings. She specializes in supporting youth experiencing anxiety and OCD-related symptoms, as well as young adults navigating college, graduation, and other life transitions. Codie uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach and incorporates art, play, and music to help clients express themselves, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence. She also draws from ACT, CBT, and DBT to create a supportive and individualized therapy experience.

Taylor is a Licensed Professional Counselor at PA Center for Change. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families experiencing behavioral concerns, ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, divorce, and family relationship challenges. Taylor uses approaches including CBT, ABA-informed strategies, and family therapy to help clients build coping skills, improve communication, and create positive, lasting change.

Addie is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor at PA Center for Change. She works with adults, couples, families, and groups experiencing substance use and recovery concerns, trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, borderline personality disorder, and self-esteem challenges. Addie uses a trauma-informed approach and is trained in EMDR therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.

Brooke DiLascio, MS, LAPC

Brooke works with individuals, couples, family, and group settings. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma and relational trauma, codependency, grief, ADHD, autism, family and relationship concerns, identity exploration, women’s issues, and major life transitions. Her collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach incorporates existential, humanistic, culturally sensitive, and DBT-based practices. Brooke strives to create a safe, accepting environment where clients feel genuinely seen, build greater self-understanding, and develop practical skills for navigating life’s challenges.

Erica believes everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore life’s challenges. Erica specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD symptoms. Using an integrative approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. Her work focuses on helping clients build healthier coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Natalie Krut, MA, NCC, LPC
Natalie is a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. She supports teens and adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, family concerns, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, perinatal and postpartum challenges, neurodivergence, and chronic illness. Her approach is compassionate, direct, strength-based, and solution-focused. She incorporates CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and ABA into her work and is trained in EMDR and CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality).

Ava Collins, M.S.Ed, NCC, LAPC
Ava is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, and young adults in both virtual and in-person settings. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, grief, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, and low self-esteem. Her warm, collaborative, and client-centered approach emphasizes CBT, mindfulness, and practical coping strategies. Ava strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, build confidence, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

Zander (no credentials BUT super cute)
Zander is Codie's certified therapy dog and assists in animal-assisted play therapy. He is a loving 5-year-old American Eskimo who is excited to help you work through all various obstacles.

RATES AND INSURANCE
**Insurance Information:** Therapeutic services may partially or fully covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. PA Center for Change, LLC also self-pay clients and offers sliding-scale payment options tailored to individual needs.

If you are unsure whether your session covered by your insurance plan, please reach out to your insurance provider. For more information about the "No Surprises Act" and your rights regarding unexpected medical bills please visit .
Self-Pay Rates: Initial Assessment Session: $150 Individual Session: $125 Couples Session: $150 Family Session: $150 A free 15-minute phone consultation is available upon your initial inquiry. Payments: We accept all major credit cards. New clients are required to provide a credit card on file before starting therapy. Clients may choose to set up autopay through the patient portal for added convenience. Cancellation Policy: If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $50 missed session fee. This fee will be automatically billed to your card on file. Billing Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding balance will be automatically charged to your card on file. You are responsible for ensuring that we have your most up-to-date billing information, including your name, address, credit card details, and any policy changes.
