Owner/Licensed Professional Counselor
Crystal Parish, LPC
(she/her)
Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of the Pennsylvania Center for Change. She specializes in trauma and substance use disorders. Crystal is certified in Family Structural Therapy and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Rebecca Briski, LPC

Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor who works primarily with adults, individuals, and couples. Whether you are struggling with a mental health issue, substance abuse or you want to improve your interpersonal relationships, Rebecca can support you through this journey. Rebecca believes that everyone can make positive changes in their lives and therapy can be a safe, supportive environment.

Amber Rhodes, LPC

Amber is a Licensed Professional Counselor at PA Center for Change. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, families, and individuals dealing with substance use issues. Amber also works with clients managing anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD. In addition, she is trained in EMDR therapy.

Codie Piotrowski, MS

Codie is a pre-licensed therapist. She works with children, adolescents, families, and young adults who are facing obstacles in their daily lives. Codie is focused on helping individuals with ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, and more. Codie also offers animal-assisted play therapy for in-person sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults.

Taylor Grosso, MS, Ed.S.

Taylor Is a pre-licensed therapist working at PA Center for Change. Taylor is also a school counselor at a local elementary school. She has experience working with children and adolescents, families, and young adults. Taylor is focused on working with individuals and families struggling with behavioral concerns, ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, trauma, divorce, and family dynamic concerns.

Addie Alderson, M.S., NCC

Addie is a pre-licensed therapist working at PA Center for Change. Addie has experience working with adults, families, couples, and individuals experiencing substance use disorders and process addictions. Addie also has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, personality disorders, trauma, and self-esteem issues.

Counseling Practicum Student
Brooke DiLascio
(she/her)
Brooke is a first-generation graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has supported college students through self-discovery, adulthood transitions, and family issues, and has worked with concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive space, Brooke primarily works with young adults but welcomes clients of all ages as she advances her training.

Codie's Certified Therapy Dog
Zander (no credentials BUT super cute)
Zander is Codie's certified therapy dog and assists in animal-assisted play therapy. He is a loving 5-year-old American Eskimo who is excited to help you work through all various obstacles.

PA Center for Change Counseling & Consulting, LLC also self-pay clients and offers sliding-scale payment options tailored to individual needsCurrently accepted insurances at PA Center for Change include:

If you are unsure whether your session covered by your insurance plan, please reach out to your insurance provider. For more information about the "No Surprises Act" and your rights regarding unexpected medical bills please visit .
Self-Pay Rates: Initial Assessment Session: $150 Individual Session: $125 Couples Session: $150 Family Session: $150 A free 15-minute phone consultation is available upon your initial inquiry. Payments: We accept all major credit cards. New clients are required to provide a credit card on file before starting therapy. Clients may choose to set up autopay through the patient portal for added convenience. Cancellation Policy: If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $50 missed session fee. This fee will be automatically billed to your card on file. Billing Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding balance will be automatically charged to your card on file. You are responsible for ensuring that we have your most up-to-date billing information, including your name, address, credit card details, and any policy changes.
